Join us for Ecstatic Dance on May 31st from 12-1PM (UPDATED TIME) with facilitator Cassandra Kurth. Ecstatic Dance is a free-form dance practice where participants move to the music as they feel, connecting oneself through mind, body, and spirit. Benefits of Ecstatic Dance include mood enhancement, stress and anxiety reduction, improved mental clarity, and a deeper connection to one’s spirituality.
