Enhancing Watercolor Techniques: Large Brush and Brusho Watercolor Paints with Sr. Karen Kappell

INVESTMENT: $50 for single day, $150 for all three days, cabin rooms for $55 per night
Painting with a Large Brush is one of the best ways to get a dramatic look to a painting is by using a large brush in applying the paint because one is concentrating on the large brush strokes the painting develops quickly. Brusho paints are colorful particle pigments that will be used with the big brush painting You will need to bring 2 half sheets of 140# cold press watercolor paper or 300# sheets of cold press paper. A half sheet is about 15 by 22 inches. Also bring a 1 1/2 or 2 inch flat brush, watercolors and your usual watercolor supplies. Brusho paints will be provided.
Fee: $50 each day. Limit of 8. Bring a lunch. Pre-register by April 24. Cabin rooms available at an additional cost of $55 per night.
